Decorative pillows on Eliana Lev's in-person therapy office

Therapy isn't one-size-fits-all.

Every person arrives with a different history, nervous system, and goals. Rather than relying on a single modality, I integrate several evidence-based approaches and tailor our work to what will be most supportive for you. Below you'll find the primary ways we can work together.

Ways We Might Work Together

First and foremost, I provide individual psychotherapy, or "talk therapy." That's the foundation of the work, no matter what brings you in. The approaches below are specialized tools we can incorporate when they're clinically appropriate for what you're working through. You don't have to arrive knowing which, if any, of these fits, that's something we figure out together, once we understand what you actually need.

Individual Therapy

The foundation of the work, no matter what brings you in

Therapy for Creatives

Working through the specific pressures and identity questions of a creative life

EMDR

Attachment-focused reprocessing for what still feels stuck, without needing to relive it out loud

Therapy for College-Age Adults

Identity, direction, and the pressure of becoming who you are, during or right after college

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy

Deeper access for patterns that haven't shifted with talk therapy alone

Coming Soon: NeuroAffective Touch

A somatic approach designed to help heal developmental trauma and early attachment wounds

"Eliana is a bright, empathic, and thoughtful clinician who one would be lucky to work with. She is committed to continued study, and is dedicated to skillfully supporting her patients in their healing journeys."
